For the past five years, I’ve walked my own path of healing—deeply, honestly, and with a heart wide open. Now, I’m here to walk beside you as you step into your own healing journey. I offer grounded, heart-centered guidance for those ready to explore the layers of their inner world and embrace transformation.

Most of my work is offered virtually, allowing you to stay in your own energetic space—a safe container where you can feel at ease, and easily revisit recorded sessions if desired. In-person sessions are available as well, for those who prefer face-to-face connection.

I believe healing is a sacred, personal, and non-linear process. I’m not afraid to meet the shadows, and I’m here to help you face them with grace and compassion. I’ve lived through the release, and I know the transformation awaits on the other side.

    Each weekly session is a tailored space for you. We explore what’s holding you back and begin to gently unravel them. We work with your nervous system and body cues to uncover patterns, shift perspectives, and support steady, aligned growth—on your terms and timeline.

    The healing path isn't linear, and I hold space for all of it: the breakthroughs, the setbacks, the stillness, the growth.

    • 12 Sessions — meeting weekly at a designated pre-scheduled time

    • 24 Sessions — meeting weekly at a designated pre-scheduled time

    The Akashic Records are an energetic library of your soul’s journey. These sessions offer clarity, insight, and a deeper sense of connection to who you are beyond this moment in time. Whether you come with a specific question or simply feel called to explore, these sessions often open the door to healing and remembrance.

    At the beginning of our work together, if you choose, I can offer a brief overview of your Western natal chart and Chinese astrology—not a full reading, but a helpful introduction.

    We’ll explore your sun, moon, and rising signs and the houses they sit in, as well as your Chinese animal and elemental wheel. This snapshot can illuminate your natural tendencies, your strengths, and the lessons you came into this life to explore. It’s a powerful starting point for deeper self-understanding.

Meet Our Mascot: Gray

“Gray Squirrel” has been my nickname for over 30 years, thanks to my sister who likely got it from a movie. It stuck — it is still my contact name in her phone! The theme kept popping up throughout my life: a meditating squirrel sticker, a plush ornament from my niece, and real gray squirrels I’d excitedly photograph in the Pacific North West.

When designing this site, my designer (without knowing any of this!) included a squirrel in one of the logo design concepts. It felt divinely guided. While that logo design didn’t make the final cut, our sweet mascot was born—and I think he’s even happier here.
